Our venue gives you endless possibilities for your special day. The beautiful space can hold a small intimate wedding or a larger more elaborate wedding. Our property allows for indoor and outdoor opportunities to host everything from ceremonies to receptions. We keep things simple to allow you to have ample time to execute your special day your way.

Capacity

Inside our climate-controlled Great Hall we can accommodate a maximum guest capacity of 160, this allows enough space to accommodate a dance floor, entertainment, and vendors. Alongside The Great Hall is a beautiful 35 X 40 ft patio that allows for outside gatherings. There is a private meadow area to hold your ceremony outdoors, if you choose.

The Great Hall

The inside of the gorgeous stone hall allows for the perfect backdrop for your reception and or ceremony. The hall features a commercial prep kitchen for catering, a buffet room, restrooms, a handicap lift, a Bridal suite, and other areas to accommodate your visions.

The Patio

Adjacent to The Great Hall our 35×40 patio. The patio is the perfect area to host your cocktail hour or ceremony. The patio sits just up from our secluded meadow.

The Meadow

The lush grass pathway leading to The Meadow allows you and your guests to feel like you are entering into an enchanted forest. Once you enter the meadow area you can gaze up at the canopy of trees that allow just enough sun to break through creating that serene feel of peace.

Price & Hours

$4800 will allow the day of accommodations from 9 am to 11 pm on your chosen day. We can tailor additional hours to your day, additional fees can be charged.

Micro Wedding

$2800 for a 6-hour rental, full use of the property, set up, event time and breakdown must be within the allotted time. This is great for ceremony or reception only or shortened vow renewal.
Max Guest: 64  ( 8- 60inch round tables with chairs included)
May only be booked on Fridays, non-peak Saturdays, and Sunday afternoons.

(Peak months are April, May, June, September & October)

Vendors

You may select your vendors for your event; however, you are responsible for ensuring your vendor is fully insured and complies with all Millstad policies. We are happy to refer you to caterers and other vendors who are familiar with the facility.

Amenities Include

Inside The Great Hal we supply up to 180 wooden folding chairs and 17, 60-inch round tables, and 4 high-top cocktail tables. Additional tables and chairs to help with your complete indoor vision may be available for an additional cost.

We supply plastic/metal folding chairs for your outside ceremony location as well.

There is a full commercial prep kitchen onsite for catering convenience. The kitchen offers a walk-in refrigerator and freezer along with ovens. This will allow a caterer to work fully onsite if needed.

The upper level of the Great Hall hosts our bridal suite area which is available from open to close. Up from The Great Hall, we have a designated cabin available from opening to ceremony time for the groom’s party to get ready in.
